Conditions for a Refund
At Zeta Pulse, we value our clients' trust. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Content Mismatch: If the content of the provided analytical materials or courses significantly differs from the program stated on the platform.
- Technical Faults: In the event of critical failures on the Zeta Pulse side that make using the service impossible and were not resolved within 48 hours.
- "Cooling-Off Period": Cancellation of services within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided you have not yet accessed key expert materials.
Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Subject line: "Refund Request — Zeta Pulse".
- Include your details: first name, last name, and the name of the service/course.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
Processing Time and Method
Once approved, funds will be returned within 7–14 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that the timing of the credit depends on your bank (especially for transactions within the EU).
Exceptions
Refunds are not available if:
- The request is submitted more than 14 days after the transaction.
- The user has viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the provided content.
- The reason involves technical issues on the user's side (unstable internet or incompatible equipment).
